Returns & Cancellations Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a 100% refund. Please ensure the item is unused and returned in the original condition you received it.

Requesting a Return

Log in to My Account and go to My Orders.

Find the order you wish to return and request a return.

Upload clear pictures or videos of the product to facilitate a smooth return process.

If you purchased multiple items as part of a deal, individual items can still be returned. Please contact Customer Care for more details.

Return Approval Process

Tusker Trunk India Private Limited will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours and notify you of its approval status. Returns will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered.

Product Pick-Up Process

Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your home. Ensure the product is ready for collection at the scheduled time. The reverse pick-up is typically completed within 15 working days. For non-serviceable PIN codes, the timeframe may vary.

Product Inspection

Tusker Trunk India Private Limited will inspect the product within 7 working days after pickup. If everything is in order, you will receive either store credit or a refund.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted. Please include the original box and packaging. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of INR 100 per item from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order online before it is shipped. Go to My Account and select My Orders to cancel. Prepaid orders will receive a full refund.

Cancelling After Shipping

If the order has been shipped, you can cancel it, but a refund will only be issued once we receive the returned product. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method after the product is returned.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or offered as store credit. It may take 6-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Wallet Credit / Instant Refund

Wallet credit is non-redeemable as cash but can be used for future purchases on our website. Wallet credit is issued instantly after the product is picked up.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s designated bank account. Customers are requested to provide their bank account details via WhatsApp or email to initiate the refund.

Tusker Trunk India Private Limited has the final authority on decisions regarding damaged products and issuance of wallet credits.
